Cancellation Policy: There are absolutely no refunds for a completed fishing trip. This includes partially completed trips ended early due to sea sickness, weather, personal preference of the customer, or any other reason. Cancellation of a trip with less than 7 days notice will result in loss of a $250 deposit for that date. (Excluding cancellations made by the Captain due to the weather, or rough waters.   The Captain can cancel at any time due to quickly changing conditions for the safety of the clients and captain). 

 

Refunds: If the trip is cancelled by the Captain for any reason you will have the option to either reschedule on a different date, or get a refund less a 5% processing fee. No refunds will be given if a trip is cancelled by the guests within 48 hours of the scheduled departure.
